Gandhi Jayanthi
We celebrate Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October as the birth anniversary of our ‘Father of the Nation’ Mohan Das Karamchand Gandhi, also known as ‘Bapu’. Born on the 2nd of October 1869 in Gujarat. Mahatma Gandhi has an invaluable contribution in India’s freedom struggle. He always believed that non-violence and honesty are the best strength human can possess. Mahatma Gandhi was interested in everything that concerns the society and mankind. He led his life that confirmed to his preaching. Gandhiji ‘s morality and his doctrines of non-violence and love for needy have become a beacon of light for the world.
